GF HOTELES

  • How can I confirm that you have received my booking?

    If you have booked through our website, on the top right hand side of the web page you will find the “My bookings” section, where, with your email and booking number, you can confirm that everything is ready for your stay.

  • May I modify my booking?

    To modify a booking you have made on our website, please check the “My Bookings” page, email us at info@gfhoteles.com or contact our agents on +922 97 51 54. If the booking has been made through a travel agency or other website, you should contact them to request any modifications you may require.

  • What payment methods do you accept at reception?

    We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners, JBC, Discover, Union pay), cash or bank transfer, according to the conditions of each booking.

  • May I cancel my booking?

    If your reservation is not “non-refundable”, you have up to 48 hours before arrival to cancel without charge.

    To cancel a booking you have made on our website, please see the “My Bookings” page or contact our agents on +922 97 51 54.

    If the booking has been made through a travel agency or other website, you must contact them to arrange the cancellation of your booking.

  • What does "non-refundable rate" mean?

    By choosing a non-refundable rate, you can benefit from a discount of up to 10%!

    The total amount of this reservation must be paid in advance.

    This rate does not allow changes, modifications or refunds.

  • Is it possible to make a late check out or early check in?

    It is possible but always subject to availability. For early check in, please indicate your arrival time in your reservation; for late check out, please check with the reception staff during your stay.

  • Up to what age are they considered children?

    Children under 2 years of age are considered infants and do not pay as guests.

    From 2 to 12 years of age, they are considered children and pay as such.

    From the age of 13 and over, they are considered adults and pay full price.

    Remember to always inform us of the age of the children when making your reservation.

  • Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

    No, our hotels do not have smoking rooms.

  • Are there special menus for special dates?

    Yes, we have menus specially designed for the most important dates of the year (Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve,…) You can add them to your reservation and consult the menus at the hotel on dates close to the holiday.

  • Does the hotel provide towels for the beach?

    No, only for the pool and the room.

  • How can I book a baby cot and is there a charge?

    Our hotels have free cots for your baby.

GF GRAN COSTA ADEJE *****

  • What are the hotel's check-in and check-out times?

    As a general rule, check-in is from 14:00 and check-out must be before 12:00.

    If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy the common areas of the hotel.

  • What swimming pools are there at GF Gran Costa Adeje?

    We have a large solarium of 4500m2 with two swimming pools, surrounded by tropical gardens. Another pool is specially reserved for the little ones. And to rest without children and relax completely, we propose an adults-only area with incredible panoramic views and a swimming pool on the rooftop of our hotel. On this floor you will find two naturist areas where swimming costumes are a must.

  • Can I make a special request for my reservation?

    Of course you can! If you have any preferences regarding views, room location within the hotel, bedding arrangements or any other matter related to your booking, you should contact reception directly at guest@gffanabe.com.

    Where possible, our reception team will do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, but we cannot guarantee requests.

    Some requests may incur additional charges, you will always be informed at the time of making the request.

  • How many restaurants are there in the hotel?
  • Is there a dress code for restaurants?

    Yes, no shorts or swimming costumes are allowed except in the poolside bars.

GF FAÑABE ****

  • What are the beaches near the hotel?

    The Duque beach is a 4-minute walk from the hotel and the Fañabé beach is 8 minutes away. They are public beaches and have lifeguards.

  • How many swimming pools are there in the hotel and are they heated?
    We have 5 swimming pools: 3 of them heated to 27ºC in winter and the other 2 on the rooftop / solarium for adults only (not heated), as well as a nudist area.
  • Do you have connecting rooms?

    Yes, connecting rooms are available. They can be requested in the booking comments as there is a limited number and they are subject to availability.

  • I am travelling with a baby, what can the hotel provide?

    In our hotel we have free cots, baby chairs in the restaurant, bottle warmer and steriliser. You can request all this in the comments of your reservation or through the following email: guest@gffanabe.com

  • What are the restaurant's meal times?
    Breakfast is served from 7:45 am to 10:15 am; lunch from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and dinner in summer from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm and in spring and autumn from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. These timetables are subject to modifications.

GF ISABEL ****

  • Does GF Isabel have room service?

    The GF Isabel does not have room service. All rooms have a kitchen with a fridge so that guests can cook if they wish.

  • Does the room have dishes/cups/microwave...?

    All rooms have a kitchen area equipped with the following facilities: microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, sink, plates, glasses, crockery, kitchen towels, corkscrew, frying pan and saucepan.

  • Does the hotel offer vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly menus?

    Yes, you can let us know your allergies or menu preferences at reception on the day of check-in so that we can take them into account.

  • Are the hotel pools heated?

    All our pools are heated. There are 3 in total; the family pool, in front of the Zumería, the children’s pool with slides and the main pool, which is large and located in front of the Pool Bar, with access for people with reduced mobility.

  • Is there a mini-club for children?

    Children from 3 to 12 years old can enjoy fun activities in our mini-club. The timetable is from 11:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:00, arriving 15 minutes before to register them.

GF NOELIA ***

  • What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?

    We have 1 swimming pool on the 7th floor of the hotel. Summer opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

  • What are the buffet opening hours?
    • Breakfast: 7:30h – 10:00h
    • Lunch 13:00h – 15:00h
    • Dinner 19:00h – 21:30h
  • Does the hotel provide towels for the beach?

    Yes, beach towels are available, but a deposit is required, which is payable at reception and will be returned when the towel is returned in good condition.
