The kitchen, pastry and cocktail departments of GF Hoteles participated in Madrid Fusión 2023, the global gastronomy congress held in the Spanish capital.
In this edition, Lázaro Rodríguez, head chef of GF Gran Costa Adeje, and Jesús Camacho, pastry chef of the Donaire Restaurant represented the gastronomy of Tenerife.
On the other hand, on the third day of the congress, David Arrebola and Esteban Fariña, bar managers at GF Gran Costa Adeje and GF Noelia, respectively, defended the island’s high cocktail standards.
