The Canarian chain GF Hoteles receives recognition at the Agricultural, Fisheries and Food Awards from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Canary Island Government for promoting the consumption of local products in hotel establishments.
These awards celebrate their eighteenth edition and highlight Grupo Fedola for its research in improving potato production and promoting its marketing in hotel kitchens.
Agriculture and tourism have allowed Grupo Fedola to grow in its almost 70 years of history. For this reason, the president of the organization, Victoria López, dedicated the award to all the people who work in the company to continue maintaining the commitment to the development of local production as a sign of distinction of the Canarian tourist offer.
Alfredo León, director of the group, accompanied Victoria López to the award ceremony that was held at the Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
