After the positive evolution of the de-escalation process and the arrival of the “new normal”, GF Hotels will reopen hotel GF Isabel, one of its four establishments located in Costa Adeje, on 1st July. The Canarian hotel chain ensures that strict protocols for hygiene and sanitary measures will be in place to guarantee the safety of customers, suppliers and work colleagues.
GF Isabel will open with sanitary inspection certifications corresponding to its compliance with the strict safety, hygiene and disinfection protocols which will be applied at its facilities, without sacrificing quality standards and whilst maintaining its commitment to sustainability. “The goal is for both guests and staff to be in a safe environment,” stresses Juan Carlos De León, director of operations at GF Hotels.
GF Hotels and Preverisk have jointly developed a procedural guide in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, leading to a Contingency Plan that specifically applies to common spaces and areas, rooms, reception, bars and restaurants; it will also be extended to suppliers of the chain.
The hotel establishment has adapted its facilities with measures that will guarantee everyone’s safety; the redistribution of spaces to avoid crowds in common areas, adjustments to ensure food security, as well as the implementation of new communication channels with guests. At the same time, De León stresses the importance of prevention protocols for employees and, to this end, “general training is being carried out for personnel in relation to the new protocols necessary for the prevention of the spread of Covid-19”.
The complex was built in 2001 and acquired by the chain in 2009, when it underwent a complete renovation, taking care to preserve the Canarian neo-colonial aesthetic style in its facilities. “We shine again with the same enthusiasm and the same desire as 11 years ago”, highlights Juan Carlos De León, director of operations at GF Hotels.
On the occasion of the reopening, the hotel chain launches an offer with a 20% discount when booking before 31st July, for stays between 1st July and 31st October.
