La Laja, located at GF Gran Costa Adeje hotel, invites you to enjoy a culinary experience with the best local wines

The La Laja Grill Restaurant, located at GF Gran Costa Adeje hotel, offers the days of black pig, on the occasion of San Andres. A culinary experience to be held next Friday, 29th November, including all the flavour of the islands.

La Laja’s chef, Lázaro Rodríguez, has created a tasting menu consisting of five dishes and dessert that the maitre, Juan José Plasencia, will harmonize with four unique wines from Tenerife.

The creamy avocado, red onion, palm syrup and pork rinds form the start of the menu which, together with the roasted pork leg roll with cheese, will be accompanied by a dry white Moon from Güímar. Rodriguez continues the day with the vegetable taco and bacon at low temperature and the golden loin with roasted tomato mojo. The white listán of Tegueste will be an excellent accompaniment for both dishes. The red wine of Tacoronte will celebrate the arrival of the black pig and truffle cheeks, and the Malvasía of Abona will accompany the sweet moment of cream quesillo of La Laja.

With a privileged environment and an intimate and comfortable decor, La Laja is the ideal place to dine and enjoy a pleasant and original evening. The restaurant is one of the great gastronomic gems of GF Hoteles, the chain owned by Grupo Fedola.
