GF Victoria has been honoured with the TUI Quality Award, a recognition that is only awarded to a select group of hotels around the world. This award reflects GF Victoria’s tireless commitment to excellence in hospitality and is based on customer feedback collected over a year.
This prestigious award highlights hotels that meet rigorous customer satisfaction criteria. To be eligible for this award, the hotel must receive an overall lodging rating of at least 8.8. GF Victoria not only met this criteria, but exceeded expectations by earning a 9.3 guest rating. This means that, on a scale of 1 to 10, GF Victoria guests rated their experience at the hotel an average of 9.3, reflecting the exceptional level of service, amenities and attention to detail provided by the property.
The TUI Quality Award is a distinction that is awarded worldwide, and only a group of 40 hotels in Tenerife, La Palma and La Gomera have been awarded this prestigious award among more than 700 hotel complexes evaluated around the world. In this way, GF Victoria is placed in a select category that highlights its commitment to the satisfaction of its guests.
