This award, together with the special recognition of the hotel establishment’s haute cuisine, highlights the work of a team that takes care of every detail to guarantee a great culinary experience.
Francisco Expósito, chef of the restaurant, was there to collect the distinction, together with Juan Carlos de León, Operations Director of GF Hotels. “This award is a great joy for the entire Donaire team and reflects the perseverance and efforts in the kitchen and dining room, where we work daily to offer the best service,” highlights Expósito, who adds that this award also rewards “the commitment to a creative cuisine based on local products”.
In the words of Victoria López, president of Grupo Fedola, the awards are a reflection of management focused on giving value to talent. “I am proud of the team that we have created both at Donaire and in the rest of the gastronomic spaces of our hotel GF Victoria. We are committed to delivering a creative and surprising culinary experience, at the level of the guests of our five-star Grand Luxury hotel. We want to be a reference for haute cuisine in the Canary Islands and contribute towards making Tenerife a first-class European gastronomic destination.
