The Decoration and Interior Design team creates an ecological footprint to raise awareness among customers
On the occasion of World Environment Day, GF Hoteles is working to raise awareness among its internal and external clients through a model made from recycled material and created by the chain’s Decoration and Interior Design department. Through this footprint, the hotel chain wants to convey the message of the importance of moving forward with firm and responsible steps towards a more sustainable future.
Since 2009, GF Hoteles has managed to reduce its carbon footprint by more than 70%, thanks to the implementation of various strategies and actions aimed at minimising its environmental impact. This achievement reflects the ongoing effort to make sustainability a priority in all its operations.
On World Environment Day, the hotel chain wants to remind its guests of the importance of being responsible with the environment. “From optimising our resources to selecting sustainable materials, every action counts to minimise our ecological footprint,” says Moisés Expósito, Sustainability Coordinator at GF Hoteles.
