Check-in/check-out times and procedures

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Need a different time? Contact us for more options.
  • Is the reception available 24 hours a day?
    Yes, the reception of all our hotels is open and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you require a late check-out or early check-in, please contact the reception of the hotel where you are staying, as these are subject to availability.

Rates and services included

  • What does the room rate include?
    The rate includes accommodation, Wi-Fi access, daily cleaning service and access to our facilities (swimming pool, gym, etc.). Some additional services may have additional charges.
  • Is breakfast included?
    It depends on the type of rate you book. We offer options with and without breakfast included. Please check the conditions when booking.
  • What does the room include? Do the rooms have a hairdryer, towels, soap, etc.?
    All bathrooms in our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs, bidet and pool towels.
  • Do you offer special menus for celebrations such as Christmas, Easter, or other occasions?
    Yes, we offer special menus for holidays such as Christmas, Easter and other important occasions. Our kitchen team adapts to the seasons, creating unique dishes that highlight the typical flavours and products of each time of year.
  • What are the payment options for the room?
    You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners, JCB, Discover, Unionpay), cash or bank transfer, depending on the booking conditions of your stay.
  • Do you have parking for guests?
    Yes, we have parking available for our guests. There may be an additional charge, depending on the location of the hotel.
  • Do hotels offer towel service?
    Yes, hotels provide bath towels free of charge, changed daily.
  • Do you offer shuttle service to/from the airport?
    Yes, we offer shuttle service at some of our hotels. Please check availability and conditions when making your reservation.
  • Do you offer discounts for residents?
    Yes, we offer a 5% discount for all residents of the Canary Islands. For more information or to apply the discount, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • Do you offer passes for local activities?
    Yes, our colleagues at Emocionate Tours sell excursions and activities, and even rent cars. You can find them at the reception desks of all our hotels.
