Yes, the reception of all our hotels is open and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you require a late check-out or early check-in, please contact the reception of the hotel where you are staying, as these are subject to availability.

What does included in the room rate?
The rate includes accommodation, Wi-Fi access, daily cleaning service, and access to our
facilities (pool, gym, etc.). Some additional services may incur extra charges.
Is breakfast included?
It depends on the type of rate you book. We offer options with and without breakfast

All the bathrooms in our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, towels, soap, shower gel,
shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs, bidet, and pool towels.

can find them at the receptions of all our hotels.
