• The lower price found must be bookable online on another website under conditions equivalent to those of the reservation on gfhoteles.com, i.e. the reservation must be confirmed immediately and in real time . This price must apply to the same hotel for the same type of room and plan, and for the same dates, number of guests and same currency. The guarantee does not apply to reservations made through flight+hotel reservations, Stayforlong and Trip.com. Likewise, it will not apply to online reservations or websites where the name of the hotel that the client is booking is not indicated throughout the process. Mobile images are not accepted; they must be screenshots from a computer.
• The guarantee does not apply in the case of errors in loading or publishing prices on other websites.
• The guarantee applies to lower prices whose restrictions (cancellation policies, deposits, etc.) are the same as the restrictions applicable to the rate booked through gfhoteles.com.
• The guarantee does not apply to unpublished or confidential prices , any type of voucher, rates that are part of a travel package with other services, rates for companies, groups, meetings, etc.
