GF Hotels renews its quality and environmental certifications
Aenor Certifies the Hotel Chain's Excellence with the Renewal of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EMAS.
GF Hoteles, the hotel chain belonging to Grupo Fedola, has renewed its ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EMAS quality and environmental certifications. The official presentation of these recognitions took place at an event where Aenor certified the work of the chain's five hotels: GF Victoria, GF Gran Costa Adeje, GF Isabel, GF Fañabé, and GF Noelia.
The event was attended by Javier Lantigua, director of AENOR in the Canary Islands; Victoria López, president of Grupo Fedola; and the management and sustainability team of GF Hoteles. During this small event, the chain's firm commitment to excellence in management and sustainability was highlighted.
Javier Lantigua wanted to emphasize "GF Hoteles' commitment to good practices, demonstrated by renewing these certifications with AENOR. A fact that conveys a message of maximum confidence to all the company's stakeholders, including its customers and employees, among others."
For her part, Victoria López stressed the importance of this certification for the company's strategy: "At GF Hoteles, we believe that sustainability is not an option, but a responsibility. These certifications oblige us to be on guard because they reflect our constant work to measure activity to minimize our environmental impact and guarantee a quality experience for our customers."
The renewal of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EMAS certifications demonstrates GF Hoteles' commitment to continuous improvement, management efficiency, and respect for the environment.
