La Laja à la carte restaurant offers gastronomy specialised in creative and signature cuisine where we can taste from the most typical Canary Island dishes, washed down with the best wines in the archipelago, to the most international cuisine, with products fresh from the market.

La Laja restaurant is run by the prestigious chef Pablo Aznar, who has vast experience in the hotel sector and who started out under the guidance of chefs Jean Paul Vinay and Manuel Cartón, two celebrities in the gastronomy world, from whom he learned how to merge the most traditional cuisine with the most avant-garde.

From 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm (latest reservations at 9.30 pm) – Closed Mondays and Sundays.

LA FINCA

La Finca buffet restaurant has capacity for 600 people with wide-ranging and tempting thematic menus.

For dinner service long trousers must be worn by the gentlemen (from 18 years old) and the ladies should wear appropriate attire.

Breakfast: 07:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 1.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Dinner: 18:30 to 21:30 (subject to slight variation in summer season)

POOL SNACK BAR

Whilst lying by the pool, in the solarium or doing other activities, you can come along to the Pool Restaurant Bar, an open space with views of the Atlantic Ocean where you can drink whatever you want, nibble between meals or, if you prefer, have an à la carte brunch. The Pool Bar is a pleasant, relaxing place that is very much appreciated by our guests.
