  • What are the pool hours?
    The swimming pools are open from 10:00 to 18:00 in winter and from 10:00 to 19:00 in summer. During this time, you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and all the water facilities that the hotel has to offer.
  • I would like to know more about the swimming pools.
    The hotel has four swimming pools, including one heated in winter and one for children. These areas are surrounded by sun loungers for your comfort, as well as a nearby bar service, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a soft drink or snack. Our rooftop pool is adults only.

Rooms

  • What are the features of the rooms?
    The rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar (on request), and private bathroom. Decorated in warm colours, they are designed with your comfort in mind and offer a perfect space to rest after a day of exploration or work.
  • Do you have rooms with views?
    Yes, many rooms have side views of the sea, mountains or pools. The views from your room can be a highlight of your stay.
  • Do the rooms have a balcony?
    All rooms feature a private balcony where you can enjoy the outdoors and the scenery surrounding the hotel. They are furnished so you can relax while enjoying a coffee or just the nice weather.
  • What types of rooms are available?
    The hotel offers different types of rooms according to your needs: accessible double rooms (5), standard double, superior double (pool and/or side sea views), Senior Suites for greater space and comfort, Royal Suites and an Imperial Suite that provide a higher level of luxury, ideal for a more exclusive experience.
  • Do the rooms include free Wi-Fi?
    Yes, all hotel rooms offer free Wi-Fi so you can always stay connected, whether for work or pleasure.
  • Are there rooms accessible for people with reduced mobility?
    Yes, the hotel has rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. These rooms are designed to guarantee your comfort and accessibility, with adapted bathrooms and larger spaces to make your stay easier (check availability before arrival or at the time of booking).
  • Can we cook in the rooms?
    It is not possible to cook in the rooms, but you can enjoy the varied gastronomic offer of the hotel restaurants. You also have the option of ordering room service.
  • We would like to have connecting rooms.
