    Credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods, are accepted depending on the platform used for the booking. For bookings paid on arrival, payment in cash is also accepted (up to €999 for Spanish customers and up to €9999 for foreign customers).
  • Do you offer special rates for extended stays or groups?
    Yes, the hotel offers special rates for large groups and extended stays.     The hotel has a buffet restaurant open year-round, offering a wide variety of cuisine. Additionally, there are three bar options:

    • Bar Hall, where you can enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
    • Pool Snack Bar, ideal for having snacks and drinks while enjoying the pool; you can even request a la carte lunch.
    • Solarium Bar (adults only), located on the rooftop, where adults can relax and enjoy a drink in a more private setting.
  • Do you offer menu options for people with food allergies or special diets?
    Yes, the hotel offers adapted menus for people with allergies or dietary restrictions. Please inform reception in advance by emailing guest@gffanabe.com or rrpp@gffanabe.com.
  • What are the restaurant’s opening hours?
    The buffet restaurant serves breakfast from 07:30 to 10:15, lunch from 13:00 to 15:00, and dinner is served at two different times depending on the season: from 18:30 to 21:30 in summer, and from 18:00 to 21:00 in winter.
  • What are the bar opening hours?
    Bar opening hours depend on the season:

    In summer:
    • Bar Hall: 09:00 to 01:00
    • Pool Snack Bar: 10:15 to 18:30 and from 20:00 to 23:00
    • Solarium Bar: 10:30 to 18:30

    In winter:
    • Bar Hall: 09:00 to 24:00
    • Pool Snack Bar: 10:15 to 18:30
    • Solarium Bar: 10:00 to 18:00

    The Pool Bar food service operates from 12:30 to 16:30, regardless of the season.
  • Is room service available?
    Yes, room service is available. You can find the menu in your room. To place an order, simply contact reception. The service is available from 09:00 to 24:00.
  • Is there an all-inclusive option?
    Yes, the hotel offers all-inclusive options that include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a selection of snacks and drinks (incluir carta aquí). The service is available from 08:00 to 24:00. You can see the list of what is included in this package. Breakfast is served from 07:15 in the restaurant, and bar service starts at 09:00 in the Bar Hall.
  • Can I exchange dinner for lunch in my half-board or full-board plan?
    Yes, it is possible to swap dinner for lunch, but you must inform reception in advance. You may choose to either have lunch or dinner each day (but not interchangeable with breakfast).

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 12:00.
  • Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
    Yes, you can request early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and possible additional charges.
  • What documents do I need to present at check-in?
    You will need to present a valid ID (passport or national ID card) and the credit card used for the reservation. Additionally, the reservation holder must be present at check-in.
  • Is there a concierge service for storing luggage before or after check-out?
    Yes, the hotel offers a luggage storage service before check-in or after check-out.

  • Does the hotel have a pool, and what are the opening hours?
    The hotel has 5 pools, all of which are heated. The pools are open from 10:00 to 18:00 in winter and from 10:00 to 19:00 in summer.
  • Does the hotel have a gym or spa?
    Yes, the hotel has a gym and a spa. The spa is exclusive to hotel guests and includes a sauna and massage services. The gym is also exclusively for guests, but the spa is open to external clients as well.
  • What spa facilities does GF Fañabé have?
    The spa includes a sauna and massage services. Wearing a bathrobe, slippers, swimsuit, or a shower cap is not mandatory, and these items are not provided.
  • Are there recreational activities for children or families?
    The hotel organizes recreational activities for children and families. Check with reception for the activity schedule, or use our Web App for useful information during your stay.
  • Can I rent bicycles?
    The hotel offers a bicycle rental service, which is managed by reception.

Pools

  • What are the pool opening hours?
    The pools are open from 10:00 to 18:00 in winter and from 10:00 to 19:00 in summer.
  • I would like to know more about the pools.
    The hotel has 5 pools. Three of them are heated in winter to 27ºC, and the other two are located on the rooftop/solarium with access restricted to adults only. There is also a nudist area. All pools, including those in the solarium, are heated year-round.

Rooms

  • What are the rooms features?
    Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, minibar, balcony, and Wi-Fi. All rooms are non-smoking.
  • Do you have rooms with views?
    Some rooms offer views of the sea, pool, mountains, or street. The availability of these views depends on check-in, and if you would like to reserve a room with a specific view, you should contact reception, as allocation is subject to availability.
  • Do the rooms have balconies?
    Yes, all rooms have a balcony.
  • What types of rooms are available?
    The hotel offers three types of rooms:

    • Junior Suite: 60 m², max capacity: 3 adults and 1 baby or 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby.
    • Family Room: 34-40 m², max capacity: 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.
    • Double/Twin Room: 34-40 m², max capacity: 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby or 3 adults and 1 baby.
  • Do the rooms include free Wi-Fi?
    Yes, all rooms have free Wi-Fi.
  • Are there accessible rooms for people with reduced mobility?
    Yes, the hotel has accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility. You can book these adapted rooms directly through the website.
  • Can we cook in the rooms?
    No, the rooms are not equipped with kitchen facilities.
  • Would we like connecting rooms

    The hotel does not have washing machines in the rooms but offers a laundry service. The professional laundry service is managed by GF GRAN COSTA ADEJE or self-service at GF ISABEL FAMILY, located opposite GF FAÑABÉ.
  • Is there a coffee maker in the rooms?

Location and transport

  • How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
    You can reach the hotel by car, taxi, or public transport from the airport. The hotel can also arrange private transfers upon request.
  • Does the hotel offer airport transfers?
    Yes, but this service has an additional cost and must be requested in advance at Emocionate Tours.
  • Is parking available at the hotel?
    Yes, the hotel provides parking for its guests.
  • What beaches are nearby?
    The closest beaches are Fañabé Beach, which is an 8-minute walk away, and Playa del Duque, a 4-minute walk away.
  • What tourist attractions are close to the hotel?
