GF Noelia reinforces the commitment to sustainability of GF Hoteles

The hotel establishment, located in Puerto de la Cruz, obtains the ISO 14001/2015 environmental management and ISO 9001/2015 quality management certifications

GF Noelia reinforces the sustainability commitment of GF Hoteles by receiving the ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 9001 quality management certifications. These established norms recognize the efforts of the hotel chain to adapt its establishments to the standards of the most prestigious management systems in the world.

ISO 14001 is an international environmental management standard based on the cycle of planning, working, verifying and behaviour that helps prevent environmental impacts derived from hotel activity. In this way, GF Noelia is positioned as socially responsible and reinforces its image in front of both guests and consumers.

Additionally, thanks to the implementation of ISO 9001, the hotel guarantees the improvement of its services, as well as customer satisfaction. For Moisés Expósito, Sustainability Coordinator of GF Hoteles, “obtaining these certifications means confirmation of work processes and services, and the reaffirmation that all the processes and services we offer will follow a quality standard.

GF Gran Costa Adeje, GF Fañabé and GF Isabel also have these international certifications that reinforce the strategy of the hotel chain and become a competitive advantage in each progression in sustainability.

In 2017, GF Noelia also received a special distinction within the 70/20 Plan of the Town Hall of Puerto de la Cruz, for the correct management of waste.
